900 years remaining 809 years. The developer has submitted the application for the individual strata title.
9. Gas pipe. Central? How work?
There is no central gas piping to individual units. Each individual unit owners will have to buy their own gas cylinder for cooking purposes.Another alternative is to have an induction cooker which uses electricity instead of gas.
10. What is included when I buy a suite?
· Kitchen cabinet with granite top finish (Santubong Tower units only)
· 5 units Split unit air-conditioner

11. Show Units?
Show Units available for viewing on Saturday & Sundays 12 noon to 5 pm. Appointment basis for other days of the week.
